Haha :) @.... - You know I literally write this review on my way back home on the very day the movie came out,s o you really can't blame me. I was caught up in the hype and wasn't disappointed one bit. I agree with you, it's true, than on repeat viewings, I've come to see that TDK is a flawed movie. But it really doesn't matter, I still love it :) @Aysegul – Yes it is.

I promise you." You were wrong in that regard. I 'almost' felt like you did after the first viewing, but honestly now? I would have almost hated The Dark Knight if it wasn't for Batman Begins. TDK completely neglects the character of Batman and completely whores out The Joker. In essence, unless you've seen the previous Batman movie Batman is 'just there'. This movie wouldn't have been perfection without Batman Begins, which gives you a much more in deph perspective of the genius interpretation of Batman and Gotham in Nolan's world. No bloody way. It would just be a Joker fanw*nk fest that appealed to the masses. Which to that 78% of people that saw TDK and not BB - is. And you know, like a complete idiot, I felt the same when you said: "The closing speech of the movie ended with Commissioner Gordon saying “… he’s the Dark Knight”. Then there was a black screen. It was at that time that I noticed tears rolling down my cheeks because of how lucky I felt being alive to witness that kind of cinematic masterpiece." Haha. Brilliant movie.

When he was doing his exercise showing of that YUMMAY arms...i in awe. DroolS. Overall its entertaining i must say.
